Boston Trust Rehab program, provides funding for acquisition and rehab. Cross Collateral options are available.

- Loan Amounts: $100k - $1M
- After Repair Value (ARV) up to 75%

Acquisition

Boston Trust programs are designed for opportunistic real estate investors.  We focus on the value of the property rather than the purchase price.  We will lend up to 100% of the purchase if the actual value is higher and meet our lending criteria.

Bridge Loan

Boston Trust provides short term loans to purchase or refinance many property types. Many borrowers find their needs cannot be met by traditional lenders & more rigid guidelines with respect to borrowers income and assets, property type, loan type and documentation. We keep it simple.

- Loan Amounts: $100k - $1M
- LTV: up to 70%
